Sweet #9


"When u are not in a good mood, take something sweet. " 

This is what people usually says. However, it doesn't work for everyone. I just so happen to come across this article while I was going through some famous quotes. This is very interesting though. I hope it will help all those who are not in the mood to go through their day and felt better. Basically human as they grow older, the days of bad mood will be more than the days when they are happy.

The equation goes like this:

  1. Take a bubble bath along with some scented oils. After dry up, don't forget your fragrant powder. 
  2. Dress up for yourself by putting on something really nice on yourself.
  3. Give yourself permission to take a break and skip one of the to-do list and RELAX with a cup of coffee/tea with a magazine/movie.
  4. Write it out - whatever that frustrates and cause the bad mood to occur.   
  5. Reward yourself. 
  6. Get it out of the way. There's definitely one thing/chore of the day that you wouldn't like to do. However, get it done and get over it asap. 
  7. Count your blessings. Write out some positive things you like about yourselves. 
  8. Look for that silver lining in almost every situation there is a bright spot. It may be miniscule compared to everything else that seems to be pressing on you - but it is there. Find it. Concentrate on it. If you can't find it alone, call a friend and let them help you to search for the good aspects. Friends often have to listen to us bemoaning things - think how pleasant a change it will be for them to help you focus on the positive
  9. Do something nice for someone else you love.
  10. Do something nice for someone anonymously.
